Actually I already knew the contacts and location address of Canada Embassy in Afghanistan, mentioned embassy do not deal with immigration visa, its only for political affairs. As far as I know, before Islamabad Visa Office used to issue visa for Afghan nationals, for now, since the application is process in New Delhi Visa Office, will NDVO issue the visa or Islamabad, Pakistan VO? Looking to hear from you and other experts

Visa to Pakistan nationals is issued by London Visa Office (LVO). Since you're from Afghanistan, your file will be processed at New Delhi and they'll be issuing you the Visa.

This is the last letter i received from CIC on Oct.26,2018 :

"This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class you submitted to this office on behalf of .... and family (if applicable).
This message is being sent to confirm that the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to the visa office in London for further processing. "

I have UCI number and application number, but i am not able to link my application to CIC... It says "Based on the information you entered, we found no applications."
What am I supposed to do?

Linking is not mandatory.

There are a number of threads with tips and tricks to help overcome issues with linking.

Try signing up with gckey. I could link with gckey but I still can't use the online tool. That being said, many applications are sent to London, mine being one of them. It's nothing bad.. Very common.

No. London UK. One of the slowest, busiest offices, months of silence is not uncommon.

I couldn't link my gckey for a year and a half. Tried email tryed tech support Nothing. I tried putting the dash in the uci and it worked... I dunno. I think there's some bugs in that service because I read alot of post about it. You can search " gckey" or link application abd see how many threads come up It's alot lol
