IRCC do not have access to the files that are already in VO. Better send an enquiry to Visa Office without any hope of getting a reply back.

An applicant here posted not too long ago that his file was in Canada for 9 months. After transfer to Delhi he got PPR within 10 days, DM within a week.

Yes. Your representative has nothing to do with it. You file in the request and you receive them in about 30 days.

Once the officer has decided the date they will let you know via email most likely. Usually they send out emails with scheduled interview date but from looks of it they seem busy right now. No one here can tell you how long because I have seen applicants receiving the same email as you did and...

It means nothing. I got RPRF two days before AoR. August applicant & file transferred in Feb. No one will be able to tell you what's going to happen next. My visa office is Delhi.

It sounds like an interview and an additional documents request. Did you have a big wedding? Was it an arranged marriage? How long have you known each other for?

Very rare chance of application being rejected.

Pre-arrival means you passed the eligibility. Next will be Background check. It takes a few days to months for that step to complete. You will get Decision Made when they finalize your application. Good luck.

MP can inquire directly with the IRCC. I strongly suggest you apply for your GCMS notes and see what the officer is concerned about. Notes can take up to 35 days to process so you should apply immediately and prepare accordingly.
