hello guys!! i just need some information and help, im getting married this coming october and my future wife is in the philippines im traveling on october going to philippines so i can marry her in there and i want to get her or sponsor her, i am permanent resident here in canada and my dad just sponsored me to become permanent resident in here. this coming coming september will be my first year of being permanent resident here. am i able to sponsor my spouse even if my dad only sponsored me to become a permanent resident?

Yes you can sponsor your new wife . The rules only state that if you are in a common law relationship or married before your dad sponsored you then you couldn't. You will have to remain in Canada while you are sponsoring you wife but will able to visit for short periods at a time.

but this coming october im going back in there and have a 2 months vacation thats what im planning to do and after that and after that december ill be back here and january we will start to process all the papers and im not leaving canada already i just need to go back in there and marry her and process all the papers on our marriage. january we will start to process everything and im not leaving canada anymore, is that okay ?

I think there is a certain time limit.
If I remember correctly you have to wait a few years to be able to sponsor if you are sponsored yourself.

That is only if you sponsor or were sponsored through marriage. Not applicable to this case.
