Hello, I have a quick question. My husband is korean and I am Canadian. We got married last year on march 26, 2016 and we sent his sponsorship application on July 1, 2016. He sent his medical report on February 10, 2017 to immigration and it has been 2 months since immigration receive them. But, this week my husband got an email from immigration saying that he needs to mail them this information: (If you could please read below) We have sent them twice IMM5669 form so not sure why they keep asking for it. Also, we did sent my husband military certificate so not sure why they keep asking for more information. Could this be some sort of bad news?????
