Spousal sponsorship with in Canada but Sponser and PA not living at same address.

I am a permanent resident and sponsoring my wife who is on a student visa in Canada. I am living in Ontario and my wife living in BC. Provided the fact that we are not living at the same address which stream would be better for me to sponsor my wife? Would it be possible to apply through the spouse or common-law partner in Canada class?

You must be living together to sponsor her inland. So you'll need to go with the outland route (spousal sponsorship).
