Hi! How are you guys? I am currently in Canada as a visitor. My partner and I will be submitting an application to Case Processing Centre maybe this June or July 2016. My partner wants me to extend my stay here in Canada until 2017 of February. My questions are:
1. If we submit our application this June or July, is it possible CPC will process it? If not, when will they start the process?
2. Once CPC approves our application, will they forward the document in Manila even though I am still here in Canada? If yes, will manila visa office process it or they just wait me until I am back in the PH?

Hoping for your swift response.

Thanks.

Hi

1. Yes, of course they will process it.

2. Yes, the app will most likely be forwarded to Manila. Again, of course they will process the app; there is no requirement for you to be in the Philippines during the process.

Yes, put everyone who you live with. I believe there's a line to put their relation to you, so you can indicate which is your partner and which are your friends/housemates.

Thank you so much Kelsey. Have another questions:

1. "Have you resided in countries other than Canada?" Since birth, I live in the Philippines. Then after graduation 2005, I went to China to work there for 3 years then came back to Philippines in 2008. I came to Canada in 2010 as a working permit and became PR September 2012. Should I give details of my stay in Philippines since my birth to 1980? Or Is it asking whether I lived any other country after I came to Canada?

2. Do you have children?" My partner has a son to his previous relationship. Should I consider as my child also since we are married?

Really apprecaite your help
