I have just completed and mailed in our application to CPC-M!! After months of stressing out and gathering/organizing I sent it and I am hoping for the best!!

I am a Canadian citizen and I am sponsoring my wife. My wife is a Bahraini citizen and I was wondering if it was possible for my wife and I to visit Canada through an application for a visitor visa while our application gets processed? Can she apply for a visitor visa and visit Canada?

As per my knowledge and going through this forum what I know is, you have a very good possibility of your wife getting denied UNLESS you can show a very good tie of her going back like a letter from job/business/studies etc. It will be hard to convince the VO as her strongest tie is with you now as husband.
But there are cases I saw spouses get visitor visa but very rare mostly no. I have one friend who works in Montreal with work permit from a good reputed firm and his wife is denied visitor visa because in the past she applied and got rejected though in his case it should have been the easiest one as under work permit.

What I am trying to say is why take the chance of getting rejected while the app is in process. Although what I read in this forum it doesn't effect the app process. so its your choice. Experts here will have better suggestion than mine.
