Hello,

There is NO REQUIRED income for Permanent Residence. However, you need to show that you are able to not a burden to society ( i.e. on benefits. )

I just got a DECISION MADE status today.. I hope it is a positive decision..LOL....Hoping my wife and kids will get their visas in two weeks or sana next week.. My patience paid off...almost near the finish line. :) :) :)

Congrats bro.... July 2 applicant kami and still IP pa din since january and no PPR yet... my husband medical is valid until June 15 only, hoping na me good news na din kmi this coming weeks, congrats again.

just mailed all my docs to my husband via DHL yesterday..once he receives it, he will mail it na to mississauga. *butterflies* this is the beginning of waiting patiently.

Thanks Chris...good news visa on hand today for my wife and kids. 10 months total process..not bad..my patience paid off...no help from any MP needed..just trust in the CIC system and to the heavenly powers..

Patience pays off for some of us sometimes ...Same here we didn't bug the VO unless it was very important maybe that helped by not bothering them and letting the system do its process. As you can see by our time line it was about 9mths from application start to visa issuance.

I would agree that it could be your late medical that has caused this delay.
