You need to submit original nadra marriage certificate, certifies true copy of urdu nikkah nama which shows handwritten sign of both and translation of urdu nikkah nama.

Translator should sign stamp and add remarks true translation from urdu to english generally they have those wording on letter head pad. you can also request to provide certification letter that we did this translation and it is true translation from urdu to eng and we are registered translatoon and licence number is xxxx.
after that you need to have notary public stamp on it and send them original. you can also upload if files has already been processed and asking as adr.

Thanks
He didnt provide licence number ..... but gave affidavit with his "translator" stamp

How did you miss such an important picture :/ when you knew you shall be applying for PR.
Well you have what you have, see if you have any close enough picture of nikah time, like one with Mulla sahab, or your wife crying or hugging or along that moment of time and submit those, It's not always black or white, you have a document which proves you are married, don't worry about it too much, people have submitted everything yet they are waiting for years, so don't bother yourself.
In sha Allah it shall work out :)

Regards.
Bro, I had a non-accompanying spouse at the time I applied for PR. I was married almost 4 years ago. At that time, I had no plans of immigrating to Canada, Hope this clears up the situation
