Your file got delayed due to pandemic. Now they are working on both yours and my file on the same time even though my file transferred Sept 2020. Otherwise I would not get a ghost update last Monday.

I am April 2019 applicant, received an ADR on 2nd September 2020, already sent the documents , on October 18, i received a pre-arrrival email, ecas still showing We sent you correspondence on September 02, 2020 ....

In the ADR it was mentioned that "This must be received at this office by: 2020/11/30", So DM/PPR is expected after 2020/11/30 or can be received before as well. any similar cases? as per my exp LVO will not acknowledge of receiving the ADR before the mentioned date.

June 2019 applications got transferred in around December. Add 3-4 months which is March and pandemic began so all PPR delayed.
Now I dont think they are doing it in order of received. Every application in Visa Office can be faster or slower depending on Security Screening, case complexity, or even based on racial discrimination- today officer likes Phillipino, tomorrow Ukranian or maybe today he hates Pakistanis...officer works on whatever files he likes on his own decision.
I saw Phillipino file done in LVO in under 100 days! How you explain that....

It all depends how active or strong their foreign affairs with Canada unlike DULL Pakistani Government Foreign office ,Nothing can be described other than this.

They had some questions or concerns to clarify them, they had sent an email regarding questions in Jan 2020
Replied them within due timeframe, since then nothing.

why your file took 8 months to transfer London after submission in March2019...my file transferred London after 4 months of submission. so it was unfair treating with your file...

ppr takes a little more time depending what type of security check you get, if you are getting an SS, that really takes a long time.

Yeah I'm just worried about pre-arrival because that means eligibility passed...PPR can take as long as it takes I wont be worried I need to appeal or reapply.

My husband got pre arrival letter on sept 17 2020 and he got passport request on September 18 2020. He submit his passport on Monday September 21, 2020. He got his passport back with permanent residence visa on September 24, 2020. He arrived in landed Canada on September 29, 2020. I applied for husband on may 6, 2019. He is from Pakistan

“We are reviewing the adr” October 16

Since then nothing... how long after gckey status changes to “we are reviewing adr” does it take for pre-arrival /ppr?

Someone said there status didn’t even change on gckey so I get scared thy got ppr but no change on gckeu
