I just want to tell you guys that if your application is talking so long to be processed, don't worry because I'am July 2018 applicant and gonna show you my timeline So that whenever you guys would be worried regarding your applications that are taking long than usual and estimated time, You guys must feel sad for me too
Application received date: July 18, 2018
Medical Done: February 28, 2019
AOR (File Transfered to LVO): March 2019
1. Additional Documents (police report and communication proofs) requested: July 12, 2019
2. Additional Documents requested (schedule A background declaration form): October 2, 2019
Got Pre Arrival letter on the same day (Oct2,2019) i got add. doc. request.
Current status on Gckey about additional documents are, "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided"
One more thing Background check is not started yet.
Don't worry we are in the same boat - one day behind you if that gives you positive vibes haha

Dead silence - we emailed Colombo few times since July and they said they were waiting for file from London mission. In September they said the file will be processed in London. So sent a webform on September 4, 2019. After that:
Pre-Arrival - September 5, 2019
Additional Document Request - PCC and Schedule A - September 9, 2019 (upload on September 12, 2019)
Sent a web-form on October 8, 2019 - reply came on October 9, 2019 saying its in background check stage. GcKey status was changed as well yesterday indicating background check was in process.
