my wife's interview which was scheduled on Oct 25th, 2018, got canceled by LVO.
expected another interview date sometime around Jan/Feb2019

Pre arrival received in early AUGUST.
Now We are stuck in BGC. Through MP we got to know that criminality check is completed in early NOVEMBER now it's going security check. How much time will it take more?

Yes I received PCC request, medical request and additional documents request for Nikkah nama signing pictures
The medical they sent me contained the wrong address and phone #. It was a Colorado address. We sent an email informing them of the error. Then we waited for three weeks but we got no response so we went to IOM Lahore and asked them about it. They said its a minor mistake and they will be able to fix it for us. So we got the medical done on that same form. However a week later IRCC issued us a new form with my husband's correct information. Anyway we did not have nikkah signing pictures so we wrote them a letter explaining that.

Okay then in August, I noticed this biometrics information in my account. There was a biometrics ID # and a date of enrollment and a date of expiry. We never gave any biometrics and my husband has never applied for a Canadian visa before. We sent IRCC two emails regarding this but we got no response.

I dont have a lawyer but I have this consultant who helps me with my application. He believes that our application is getting confused with another guy who's name is the same as my husband's and he may have committed a proxy marriage and this PFL is actually meant for him but they sent it to us?.. Also proxy marriages are legal in Colorado.. He has instructed us to write a letter to LVO and point out each and everything. Also I checked my GCKey last night and there was an option to upload file, for the description of document it says Replacement Needed. I dont know what document they want? They didnt send any other email or message telling me whats the document required. My consultant thinks thats also an error because that cannot be where I need to submit response for my pfl because they wrote in the pfl that response should come by physical mail. Even though the due date for both pfl and that online document upload is the same? I dont even know whats going on with my application.. I have applied for time extension on my pfl but my consultant is telling me to submit this letter first and see if they can sort this out

Any better advice or ideas are most welcome.

Does anyone know what kind of applications are processed at LVO? Do they only deal with spousal sponsorship or do they also process student/visitor/immigration applications?

I have the same question. Sent my response through courier on 6th of November and it got delivered on 12th of November since then a complete silence. We were supposed to submit all new documents before 22nd of November. Lets see when they review our application again.
