no but i do not think the automated system says decision made
however i am noticing a change in what they tell me from before the DM came. they now just say we are processing your background check instead of telling me all the things like if they need additional docs or eligibility etc, before it used to be a longer message now its shorter

Sorry this may be off topic but i wanted to know if nicop is mandatory to perform the nikkah? to fill in the forms do we need cnic/nicop? my nicop has expired n m leaving canada soon n thinking to apply for nicop after i get married since i will have to change my martial status after marriage, but some one told me that u must have nicop n it cant be expired, can i not use m passport as an id?

i think u need to have nicop/cnic. the number stays the same so even if its expired i think they should not cause trouble. but i do not know 100%.

I’m not sure about what the Muslim Nikkah requires ( I’m Christian),
but for Nadra Nikkah Nama, my Nicop was expired as well , they didn’t object. So take your nicop with you .

Finally...Received INTERVIEW Date Today....
Thursday October 25th, 2018. (15 Months & 7 Days after my wife will finally have her interview) and Waiting is not over yet.....until received DM and PPR!!

You guys have to wait for atleast 3 months if you are lucky otherwise it can go upto anywhere’s from 10 to 14 months

Hello All...in my GC key account review of additional documents change from "your documents has been uploaded" to "not applicable" and today i call at cic number to listen the automatic recording and their is you do not need an interview.....is they no need more documents from us and they waived us from interview.?

Yes it means that they do not need more documents from you but it does not mean that the interview is waived because there was e member who got the same update in gckey and placed in the interview queue. Only immigration officer will decide if he feels like an interview is required or he is satisfied with you case.
