After getting PR card by applicant , if applicant & sponsor(Canadian Citizen) start living together outside Canada , Does the time which they spend together outside Canada count or not in order to maintain time requirement of 3 years for citizenship?

2) I am a 2012 applicant my visa office was Islamabad, where is my file now.
Ans: Again, all old cases have been transferred to London Visa Office. So your file is now at London. So dont worry about file. send queries to LVO not Islamabad.

3) I did not received any communication after CPC Mississauga approval where is my file?
Ans: London Visa Office

Islamabad is only responsible for visit and student visa.

It took 6.5 months to them to send my file to LVO.

I would advise you to call IRCC and talked to an agent and make sure what is happening.

How can I check if my application is in London?

you will get Aor email if you applied in a embassy they already forward it here if your sponser applied in missi office they will forward your case after certain time.
