No since my application awaits a full review after that there will be another review by immigrantion Officer and if he find everything ok then my eligibility will be passed and I will get pre arrival. Right now there is no movement in my file it’s in a queue

I got pre arrival services email last saturday.

I got my local MP to phone them. They are still running a background check and still determining my husband's eligibility.

are you in pakistan or canada? please call the IRCC number 1-888-242-2100 and speak with an actual person and verify if they received your previous documents you sent. and verify why they are asking for exact same again or if this is a delayed communication that was sent out late.

I am June 10, 2017 applicant / sponsoring spouse / LVO
I got the letter twice too, first letter i got on May 22, 2018 we responded on June 10 and second arrive on June 28 same identical with the date change only..
can anyone know and experienced before ??

Hello All,

I am confused as to where should i send my application, i read that a lot of the people on this thread have sent their applications to CPC Mississauga.

However the document checklist [IMM_5533] question 5 suggest that the application shall be sent to CPC Sydney, PO Box 9500, Sydney NS, B1P 0H5 if the principal applicant (my wife, she is in Pakistan) is outside Canada.

Am i overlooking something? or should i send my application to CPC Sydney?

No now all the Outland applications needs to send to Nova Scotia Canada not Mississauga coz Mississuaga only deals with inland applications now.

That’s what it says on the website so I guess they got a lot of applications last year! Chances of getting processed in 7-8 months look very slim. It seems 9.5-11 months now for straight forward cases too.
Time to find new hobbies and distract ourselves. The wait is not easy at alllll, specially if you don’t work or study.

ahan. my status is exactly the same like yours except my background check has already been started and my application awaits for a full review. did you ask them about why it says we need additional documents to process? one thing more when did you send this inquiry and when did the reply you back?

yes we asked them why is says that they need additional documents. They replied the same email. "you application is currently in full review blah blah blah ...." we sent the inquiry on the first week of June.

yeah they cant tell us untill they open our file. so lets hope they do open it soon

Brother now I have sent the colored copies of all the documents with notary stamps on it to my wife in canada.
What should I need to do now ?
Is is important to send them original?
They did not mention on the checklkst to attach original one.
