The spouse in Canada can call the IRCC call centre to inquire whether the Sch A has been added to your file. They night take a few days to do that.
Since you did not create a gckey account before receiving the request for Sch A, you won't be able to upload it via Gckey since there wont be any request over there. For now you can also send it to CPC-M through the IRCC webform (Google it).

The "Acronyms/how to" section of the spreadsheet mention the steps for linking your app:

According to Pakistan Security Policy, your Passport is not allowed to go out of Pakistan territory, may be they sending application and stamping of visa may be done in Pakistan.
i dont know but this is what it says.

OMG its not couple of months. NDVO is saying they will communicate in May OR June 2018.? 4-5 months from now?

Medical is valid for one year, if your medical cross one year time during your application then they will ask you for Re-Med,
sometime they extend the expiry date of medical and you will not get Re-Med request
