salam guys .. hope you all are fine.. i was reading all your previous comments .. my file got submitted on 8 feb 2017 and the guys from april may june they got ppr and i am still awaiting i got pre arrival on 29 dec after that nothing is new till yet... can anybody tell me why they are taking so much time and when i can get good news about my application?? its more then 11 months now

Every case is unique so dont torture yourself by comparing your case with others. Some possible reasons of delay are 1) The visa officer may have required some additonal docs from you to process ypir application 2) Your application may be going through additional eligibility reviews 3) Your background checks are taking a lot of time.

None of us here can tell you when you will get good news but you can email LVO for a status update and find out what's happening.

Processing time for canadian passport is 12 daya from the date of submission

Since your baby is Canadian and is already present in Canada, I wonder why they are asking for Canadian passport. When you informed CIC of the birth of your child, what docs did u submit...birth certificate?

Hi i sent my schedule A form in the post ladt week and the cpc office has received it according to tracking info
Now im wondering how can i or will the give me any update on them receoving my form or it going in process
My ecas judt has two lines one received file and 2 in process in between i got a SA mail in which they asked pa to link app nd upload sch A
I waant able to link my app to gckey so i sent off my form
Can anyone pleade give me insight on what is next or how to link my account at least

The spouse in Canada can call the IRCC call centre to inquire whether the Sch A has been added to your file. They night take a few days to do that.
Since you did not create a gckey account before receiving the request for Sch A, you won't be able to upload it via Gckey since there wont be any request over there. For now you can also send it to CPC-M through the IRCC webform (Google it).

Why they are asking for passport? Ans. its because passport processing involves an step of verification in Pakistan office by other parent of baby. my husband attended there in pak for verification.
The baby was born dated 19-09-17, received birth certificate on 21-Dec and submitted on the same day.
LVO has 28 days lead time to respond an email. So this is an acknowledgement and response from them on my sent email.
