One of my friends who lives in Montreal also sponsored his wife in june and his wife is already here. She came here by the end of Nov. I wonder why this sponsor process is super fast for some as compared to the ones who wait the avg time?

My wife received request to submit IMM 5546 it is for military service but my wife is a doctor and a house wife

Does anyone else got such request ?

It is one of the three country specific additional forms to be submitted by Pakistani principal applicants. Write N/A in all the fields on this military service forms (except her name field ofcourse)

So finally received my notes today (on Day 27)...i see somewhere "PA - PUT AWAY" :'(...but something confusing is the Due date for Eligibility is 2017/03/01, how come it hasn't started yet?

Bottom of the report i see the file was generated on Feb 25th, then why send it after almost a month ???

Eligibility: Not started
Security: Not started
Criminality: Not started

Hi Shaz, my eligibility due date is also same 1st March 2017. I sent application 2nd August. My eligibiluty also not started. Did you find any activity or updated date in your eligibility? I did see activity or updated date under eligibility. Also did you find any where written as : Group: London completeness

Under Eligibility section, the "updated date" is 2017/02/16 but i don't see any comments, just says Not Started....and no mentioned about Group London completeness

I also have updated date of 16th feburary with no comments just says not started.

Dec 2015 applicants are still waiting for interview to be scheduled. So seems like some wait for you.

That is surprising!

I have some wild guesses about this visa processing thing in general. I think the visa office sends out information for verification/security checks to different offices right away and then just sit back and work on the files already approaching a year mark. Perhaps they have like target case loads to be finished every month with a quota for backlog. With the deadlines already passed, I think they'll process the visa within a week or so. Now we have to see when will that week fall.

That's a new one for me. I have read "london completeness" and "london pilot project" before.
Did anyone crack this london pilot project code?? I read the GCM notes thread and didn't find much on this. Can anyone explain plz?
