Any comments....I got married in Jan 2016, my file moved to LVO on may 13 2016 ...I went to Pakistan and spent time with my wife...my case is still in progess...any idea if i send them pictures/receipts etc regarding my visit to Pakistan in Oct 2016 will it make any difference.

Send the evidence/proof of ongoing relationship.
It may help avoid interview queue if there's sufficient proof in file.
(Keep a copy of everything you send)

Somebody told me that dont send them too much emails etc it may delay your application i dont know how ture is that? I ordered GCMS and I will be getting that in start of Feb 2017.

My lawyer said the same thing, however, its very tempting. I suggest you don't send regular emails like inquire after your file has passed some time like 5-6 months. Some people send every month which is not good.

No upfront medical done as it is not required with the laest application package.

Does it make any effect on the processing time of the application if it says sponsor is outside of Canada living with spouse?
Will it make the whole process slow assuming that the partners are living together?

I think living and working in Canada and visiting the spouse often can have a positive impact on the application.
If the sponsor is a PR then living outside of the Canada during the whole application process may result in a refusal of the application.
If the sponsor is a Canadian then for living outside of the Canada, an intent to move to Canada should be provided. (That couple is planning to settle in Canada)

Shouldn't be that long if everything else is passed. Meds result reach instantly hopefully by the end of the month.

It can slow the process if the sponsor can't show adequate support that he will move back to Canada after immigration. Canadian ties like owning a house, car, job offer and or plans of how to settle back are required.

Just wait cuz LVO has been sleeping even after new year. those who got DM in dec only got PPR in Jan.
I have a feeling they will work on Nov-15/Dec-15/Jan-16 and Jun-16 cases simultaneously as they are prioritising 2015 applications (more than 1 year)
