Try to change file size and/or type when scanning. Try saving it as .jpeg rather than .bmp or something.
Or don't scan all pages at once if its causing it to be a big file.
Do it carefully.

I have compressed my file from 4.5 MB to 1.2 MB but it has lost quality though readable. Is it good enough to upload on myCIC?

Since i am required to send passport photo digitally how am I supposed to send the back of the photo? Should I send scanned copy or original digital photo?

I have sent them by post bcoz they have clearly mentioned:

Please send these photographs to the address provided below. These photos must be received by our office within 45 days from the date of this letter.

and secondly they have mentioned that send 2 photographs with the stamp of photographer at the back. how can we upload it. i have uploaded as well but just the front side bcoz i knew they have received the original ones.

Hi,

Because mostly they don't take immediate action on the documents uploaded through my CIC or at least this was the case with me. They asked me some forms to upload which I did immediately but no action was taken for 10 days (Even still its shown as provided instead of received). After 10 days I sent through regular mail and very next day when they received a new line added in e-case "We started processing your application". It may be co-incidence but what I believe If you upload through MY CIC they will open it only after expiry of the time provided but if you send it through regular mail there may be chances they will open the file once they will receive documents at least to place those in file. This is my perception and I may be wrong.. ;D ;D

I understand this. They will definitely check it after the due date but in my letter they didn't mention any address to send it via mail but how to send it digitally through myCIC. Plus two days after I got the documents request my file is transferred to London visa office. I am not sure which address is to send documents now.

In my request letter it was clearly mentioned that either via My CIC or to Mississauga office so I sent it to Mississauga. Even though before that I already received the transfer letter in which it was mentioned my further communication should be to LVO. If no address is mentioned then upload and wait. And if you want to send through mail then LVO will be your best shot.

Wait for other members if some one else will response.

I am Sept applicant and i got the same request after my file moved to LVO, so i sent my photos to LVO.
I think the problem is with the size of the face which should me between 31mm to 36mm, mine was bigger than that so we should consider the face size as well.

What is the next step? Will I receive an email from CPC confirming they have received it? Also, when can I link my application to online account? What is the difference between ECAS and MyCIC? Help would be appreciated.

Hi, welcome to the forum. you will receive first AOR i a week or so and in that email you will get your application number or UCI number. with the help of this number you can link your app with cic.

The earlier lines which were disappeared earlier from Sponsor's side E-case came back again. Can any one else check if it happened in their e-case status as well??

Hi guys good to know the Pakistan community forum and helps are available here.

I am applying for my wife's immigration in some days.
checking the new document checklist updated on dec 15.

the section Proof of Relationship with the Sponsor says One document from 3 of the following sets of options
and they are requiring joint lease of residential property, joint utility bills etc.

my question is I am here and my wife is in Pakistan. how can we provide these documents?
or may be I am not understanding it correctly.
