Re: SPOUSAL Sponsorship PAKISTAN @ London Visa Office
But anyway, I think that its best to have the full wedding, stay with your spouse for at least 7 days, if more then better, if less then you must provide a very valid reason. Come back to Canada and then apply. While you have applied, you can visit your spouse and send in proof of visit plus extra pics and that might strengthen your case. I know a lot of people who have had the nikah + rukhsati + stayed with their spouse for a few days/months and have been successful with sponsoring without having to visit their spouse in the main time or apply for the visit visa. Just please make sure that you have all the correct and latest application forms, you get all the required attestations etc and you have a good explanation of how your relationship developed and everything will go very well inshAllah.
Look, this will be our 2nd anniversary in December and I hope my wife is back with me before that inshAllah. So I don't think anyone can understand how it feels to be separate from your spouse in the early days/months of your relationship more than me. I know it all too well. But that doesn't mean that a person makes dumb mistakes which only compound by delaying the case as well as causing other unnecessary hassles such as interviews etc. People usually get rejected for the visit visa as far as I know in most cases, not all, when they have already applied for spousal sponsorship but this does not have a negative effect on your sponsorship application. You can ask other people around and they may give you a more detailed perspective since I have very little knowledge about this.sk540 said:Thanks alot "Snowy", "Redrose" & "AsadA" for your input. It seems like going for complete marriage is better option.
Asad has speak for the real concern that i have. Living away from spouse in early days of marriage is the main issue. Maybe that's the sacrifice one has to give.
What are the chances of getting visit visa? I file her case and apply for Visit Visa. Or maybe apply for visit visa first and then file her immigration case. Are there any examples around of people going for this option?
