It's normal you can get medical appointment without your passport. Just provide them your CNIC copy when you get there. Just email IOM at Canmedpk@iom.int for appointment DO ATTATCH YOUR RE-Medical email or letter because it's mandatory now.

Thanks for your encouraging reply. I have emailed london CHC for remedical infor. But the thing is i havent recieved any email or form from london. So how long will they take to respond. medical was expired on 24 nov 2015. I sent in passport on nov 11......so this is strange.

Wait for their email or send them Case Specific Enquiry on CIC website & let them know to send reassessment email asap. You will get medical email from New Delhi Medical Centre who are dealing with medical information.

Does anyone know if cic accepts British counsel IELTS or AEO IELTS or both?

Wait for their email or send them Case Specific Enquiry on CIC website & let them know to send reassessment email asap. You will get medical email from New Delhi Medical Centre who are dealing with medical information.

Hmm..and how long will the whole process take? What abt my passport?

Newbie here, question: I'm about to submit my husband's application. He's in Pakistan and I'm a Canadian Citizen. What do I need to do in order for my application to be sent to LVO instead of Islamabad? As I've noticed that a lot of applications sent to LVO are getting processed quickly.

Any thing else I can do before submission?

Also the payment information is not working for online. Has anyone experienced that?

Hope you are doing well.

I need your suggestion. As I told you earlier that I'm Mar-2014 applicant and couple of weeks ago I got an email from LVO to submit color copy of passport bio page along with latest photographs which I have dispatched last week and now waiting for their further feedback. Its been 8 days since they have received my required documents but not feedback. I was hoping to have PPR2 (original passport request) after receipt of these documents. Do you suggest me to sent an email or CSE to LVO? May be they would speedup their further proceedings. What do you suggest.!

It's really hard to wait more specially in this stage .

You have to give them more time. I would say 2 weeks more and then email. What I understood from the way they asked you about the passport was (sorry for bursting your bubble) , that either they didn't had a clear copy of passport or something like your passport was near expiry and they wanted to check if you have renewed it or not. I never thought of it as PPR 1.

I don't get why the LVO keeps messing up. They didn't send us any attachment neither to my husband or me.
I will email them right now with the information you have provided. Is it possible that you show me this form. maybe inbox it to me?

OR is the FORM the IMM5419 (page 5 and 6)

So I got email from IMO, they said to just bring a copy of the e-mail and that's it. They will have a list of all other things to bring.

SO relax, and just e-mail them to give you an appointment.

I applied to sponsor my Pakistani husband in March 2014. His file was updated to 'Decision made' a few weeks ago and we received a letter requesting us to send his passport to Islamabad along with two photographs.

We are confused about the fact that 1-there was no PPR1 asking us to send a copy of his passport to the London visa office and 2-we were never requested to do a remed even though the first one expired months ago???

Do you guys think the LVO forgot about us? How do I contact them?

No if the applicant is in Pakistan with Pakistani passport, his application will goto LVO itself. Yes payment system is down I guess(didn't worked for me also) try again in 2 3 days.

for 1. Don't worry they don't ask for PPR 1 anymore. (its not mandatory anymore).

for 2. That is strange, When was the medical expired.?? did you got any other correspondence from LVO before DM.?? it can be two things: either they extended your medical (which is pretty rare now a days) or you missed an email regarding remed.
you can't get passport back with VISA if your medical is expired .

Try doing a case specific inquiry to LVO write Urgent in the start and ask the status of your medical.

I think CIC services website is down. Even Case specific inquiry is also not working. You can still email them at LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca

write subject as: [urgent] Application No. ___-___ Name of Applicant

and then first explain the whole case status in 2 3 lines and then ask your question that you haven't received remed request yet but got the PPR request, and ask about the status of your medical. Also mention in the end to send a reply as soon as possible and mention that you are waiting for their reply before submitting passports.

And even before doing that check yours and applicant's email inbox and junk folders thoroughly.

Guys two questions,

Can I send, reply with email only? Additional docs were requested. and

Can I send JPEG format, or do I have to make it in PDF format?
