File TRf to LVO: 23rd March 2015
App in process: 14th Aug, 2015
Decision Made: 20th Aug 2015

No medical ext or re med request, No any other Doc request. Alhamdulillah
waiting for passport request, may God bless us all.

This is very upseting my brother is in same boat he applied on dec 2012 and decision made in oct 2014 and we were happy that everything is clear but nop its still somwhere stuck then we have send the notes request but no response yet lets see....

usually it takes 30 days to respond notes request, how many days have been of your notes request

I have sponsored my husband since June 2014, came back from Pakistan to Canada on 2nd August , after one year. My husband' s case is sent to Islamabad for interview, now my dilemma is staying in Canada until his interview or I can go back, since it's hard to live alone . Ny advice for me ??

Since you are a citizen therefore either you can live in Canada or in Pakistan there is no residency obligation. However, you better ascertain your financial circumstances that how you can cope with them? If you feel that living with your husband in Pakistan until the case is decided and returning along with him is better than feeling the heat of agony of living all by yourself in Canada, then better take this option.

GIK...just want to ask this question. ....I hired lawyer so if re medical for next step will I see update on cic website as well or as usual my lawyer will call me or email me. So do they just email you or they do both update and email ?

On eCAS there is nothing like re-med request posted. The re-med request is sent by either email (if provided) or by snail mail. I guess when you hire a consultant / lawyer and make him your representative then all correspondence is done through him.

ok so i have to change my address too? because in our application both address from Karachi. where we are currently living.

Obviously, once you move to Canada you have to inform LVO about change of address.

I have. to submit medical and police clearence

my sponser will go through from a medical on tuesday
so my question is they will provide any kind of peice of paper to us also ?
we have a police clearence ready which we will
send soon but along with that we have to send medical done confirmation also ?

and where i have to send the both medical confirmation and police clearence
can someone write me the address

Consultants / lawyers do not have any magic spell or wand that can expedite the case. I think one can easily file the application if he / she follows the instructions. There is tons of information available on the net plus we have this forum, so anyone wants to file the application, my advice is do some research and do it yourself.
