My wife got the follwing email from London Office today. She was over 16 years when we got married in Jan 2014.

Should we also send some additional documents in addition to the info requested below (She is doing ACCA now; might be a letter from college and ACCA)

I am about to complete the assessment of your application for permanent residence in Canada and I am unable to determine that you meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA).

Subsection 16(1) of the IRPA states that a person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.

Additional documentation in support of your age and identity is required in order for us to complete the assessment of your eligibility and admissibility for this application. Please submit the birth certificate issued by the hospital at the time of your birth as well as you recent school transcripts. I have some concerns regarding your age at time of marriage. Please submit these documents within the requested time frame. Failure to do so will result in a decision being made based on the information already on file.

You are being granted a final 30 days from the date of this correspondence to comply with our request. Should you fail to present the documentation within the next 30 days as requested, your application will be assessed based on the evidence currently available on file and this may result in the refusal of your application

Send them nadra birth certificate .
U can send Acca registration card along with other educational docs. She might have copies of Acca results that can also be sent.
Matric result card contain dob. That would be a good evidence.
Its better to get nadra birth certificate attested from foreign affairs. It will take few hours to get attested.
Can u please share ur timeline. When ur file transferred to Lvo.
Acca registration card also contain DOB.

I think they have done background check and then send medical request. Correct? I didn't do upfront medical.

I have one question with regard to the mailing address.
I had changed my address in Canada and updated my address online where we check our application status through UCI.
I had never check the status with file number before. When i check the status with UCI it gives me my details (Name and address in Canada, new address). Today when i checked the status with Application number it shows the name of my spouse but address is shown of Canada (My old address).
When i am checking the status with application # then should there be my spouse name and address in pakistan?
I am not sure why it is like that. Did they enter wrong address while entering details.
Can someone confirm by checking their status by entering UCI and application number.

Did you use the rep form when filed your case?
You should give address of the applicant. But this address wont make any difference I guess.

Let me clarify few things, there has been no mistake in the representation form, so relax
First of all the address of your husband in ecas will be shown of your address . The reason is , cic do not send documents or letters to pakstan in any case so they will need your address.
second, you changed your address on ecas that will only effect in your part of ecas, so you have to change your hubby's address on his ecas separately .
Third and last, the address you should update on ecas of your husband should be your new Canadian address NOT PAKISTANI ADDRESS !

Back from pakistan. Received an email from mps office.

Immigration people told them that my file is gone for a procedural fairness review.

What is that? How long does it take? Anyone know?

You should inbox me Asap, i have gone through the PFL (procedural fairness) A40 my self

Want to ask one thing...if we send our passport through TCS, Islamabad embassy will send it back at our mailing home address or we have to pick it from TCS personally?

you will get it on ur mailing add. alternatively u can call TCS and collect from theri centre too , i f u wanna save 1 day

Now a days it is online so no need of pics BUT to be on safer end keep photos with you.

Now a days they do not facilitate to pick from TCS center if used regular TCS service. You will get by your tcs guy at your door step. The address you provided on return label address.

Based on the advice from members, we are putting together the following:
Birth Certificate (With the aplication we only sent in the birth certificate issued by local council)
NADRA Birth Certificate/Child Registration Certificate
NADRA Family database certificate
Affidavit by parents confirming the birth
Cover letter explaining; they don't have anything
Letter from Hospital – trying to see if Lady Doctor is still alive and hospital still exists
Educational
Matric result sheet issued by Board; if possible to get from Karachi Board
Admit card with DOB
Result – Grade 10 Mark sheet
College letter
School Provincial certificate
ACCA Letter
ACCA Result details


I assume, our reply to London office will be by email.

Hey Everyone. I am new to this forum. I have sent the my spousal sponsorship application to Mississauga today by Xpresspost to the PO BOX address they provided. Lets see when they give the sponsorship approval.
