It is always recommended to include a cover letter with with subject as "add on for Application No." all your application details also explaining which documents you are sending and purpose of this mail. On envelope what I do is just write the addresses and also mention the application number. I also attach a list of documents which I am sending.

Will you sending your documents to Case Processing Centre or London VISA Office Brother??

I Have the same timeline like yours.
Did you receive any letter or email what documents they required.
Cause mine was send on November 12,2015 but i haven't received anything yet, i Already sent the email to them but there is no answer from their side.

Well i recived an email by sayin pay ur RPRF fee whitin 30 days which i did the next day send them an email wrote as urgent its says decision made but havent recived anything till now its been a week i dont know how long they gonna takee ..... any idea?

They asked me proofs and police certificate etc and said bring these documents with you when you come for interview but they cancelled my interview before 2 days of interview.They said they will email me new letter with an interview date in January with in next 30 days. reply plz same thing happened to others???

No one can answer that question for you. You will have to wait for them to send your further instructions. There have been a few people whose interview was cancelled, you're not the only one.

So just wait patiently for them to tell you something, and let us know once you know the final date of the interview. Thanks

salam...........can you tell me how you addressed the envelope while sending additional documents and did you include a letter as well?

yes i wrote covering latter and explain some things what they asked in email and sent more photos and more than 400 pages of viber skype facetime facebook etc and some additional documents on this address High Commission of Canada

i have requested to the respected admin to update that i have submitted some additional documents to LVO after request but no one update i think all seniors got their visas so manage spreadsheet now?

I got my COPR on 6th Nov however didn't receive my original docs back from LOV. Can anyone tell me how long usually it takes to get back the originals back or should i be worried? If i want to contact LOV regarding this matter what is the best option?
