Email size is 20mb from Hotmail I'd. ..

I am getting postmaster delivery status notification failure

Pls advise what should I do now....

There is a limit of attachments for LDN email I guess 3 mb, because case specific form is using the same email sending at the backend. You have to reduce the size of your attachments or as suggested have to do it in parts. My advice would be to send it through physical mail if you can.

Hope everyone fine,
i need advice from Senior members, i am Pakistani National and my Wife is Canadian citizen we going to apply InshAllah in December.
i need advice i was resident in UAE from 2011 to 2015 march, and cancel my visa.
Now i am in Pakistan and planning back to UAE.
i need advice if i move back to UAE it will add some plus point for process my file fast or i need to stay Pakistan for fast process of file.
and if i move UAE i need to fill UAE file package or Pakistan application package.
waiting for best advice.

i need advice i was resident in UAE from 2011 to 2015 march, and cancel my visa.
Now i am in Pakistan and planning back to UAE.
i need advice if i move back to UAE it will add some plus point for process my file fast or i need to stay Pakistan for fast process of file.
and if i move UAE i need to fill UAE file package or Pakistan application package.
waiting for best advice.

It depends some time file process fast some times slow but if u r Pakistani citizen where ever u live your file will process in London Visa Office.

I am living in UAE my file proceed in London Visa Office and got decision made and passport request within 6 months.

I sent them two emails...I mean I sent all the data in 2 parts and got the confirmation too...

Their email size limit is under 10mb...

I Have the same timeline like yours.
Did you receive any letter or email what documents they required.
Cause mine was send on November 12,2015 but i haven't received anything yet, i Already sent the email to them but there is no answer from their side.

Thank you for your feedback. See below text letter received from LVO yesterday. I'm assuming that this is PPR1.

"This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents: Passport photos: Passport size photographs (photographs must conform to the specifications outlined in the Guide to Immigrating IMM 3999 and Appendix B Photo Specifications) colour scan of passport photo. Passport/Travel Document: Colour scan of valid passport bio page. Please note: All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original documents are requested, notarised documents are not acceptable. The above information/documents must be received in our office within 45 days from the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence. Please return this letter with the requested documents"

I am amazed .. I think the officer made a mistake and sent you the wrong email... I submitted my passport on 17 of this month and never received this mail.

I have applied my wife sponsership application in dec 22 2014:
CIC message online:
We received spouse(name) application for permanent residence on December 22, 2014.
We started processing Fouzia Wazir Khan's application on March 25, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

wife applied visit visa in Jan 2015 declined in mar 2015.
Received an email on Nov 16 2015 from CIC to clear our previous marriage, travel history and copy of my passport to show travel history. We both were divorced in past, but Nadra marriage certificate shows both were unmarried at time of marriage. its suppose to show divorced status, even we have provided our previous divorced certificates. But officer not satified, I have called my member of parliment to discusss to report this incident. we both were unmarried thats matter ..but why this delay even passport copies were provided in the past.

8 days have passed you should check your Junk Mail the email is maybe sitting there because it is odd they put info in ECAS after sending email... good luck

plz I need help. share experience with me . before few days of interview days.They cancelled my immigration interview and gave me new date so plz tell me when they will give me new date?

In your post you are saying your "interview was cancelled and they gave you a new date" then don't understand what other date you are looking for, if they already advise you an alternate date.... Don't understand your question :-[

It should not make any difference if you live in Pakistan or UAE.. All you will be required is provide is a Police clearance report for last 10 years of stay in any country you have lived prior to your application.

Need Quick feedback so I can develop photographs accordingly.

I'm getting confuse about photo specification advised by LVO. I could not find IMM 3999 and Appendix B photo Specifications. Can anyone advise about IMM 3999 and Appendix B photo Specifications? Which size and back ground color they needed?

"Passport photos: Passport size photographs (photographs must conform to the specifications outlined in the Guide to Immigrating IMM 3999 and Appendix B Photo Specifications)"

I found this from CIC wesite see below;


Photograph and head size specifications
Image described to the right

The frame size must be at least 35 mm x 45 mm (1 3/8″ x 1 3/4″).
The photographs must show the full front view of the head, with the face in the middle of the photograph, and include the top of the shoulders.
The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31 mm (1 1/4″) and 36 mm (1 7/16″).
Crown means the top of the head or (if obscured by hair or a head covering) where the top of the head or skull would be if it could be seen.
If the photographs do not meet the specifications, you will have to provide new photographs before your application can be processed.

Go to a good photgrapher and most of them have canadian immigration specificatios... they will do it for you.

Dear All

Does anybody have an idea, what should I do. As I am still waiting for visa to stamp on my wife passport, my flight date is coming near. I send them an email on 25th of November and also send them an inquiry about visa through the website except the auto email confirmations no action yet. We submit the passport on 30th October. Its now already more than 21 working days...

I am now in Pakistan, can I call the consulate directly if yes, what is its number or go there, or what should I do..

It should not make any difference if you live in Pakistan or UAE.. All you will be required is provide is a Police clearance report for last 10 years of stay in any country you have lived prior to your application.

You are categorized as a Pakistani national; the process is the same wherever you go.
The application will be sent to LVO. Total processing time is normally under one year.
Any country that you have resided for 6 months or longer will require a Police Clearance Certificate.
