Hi everyone!
I have a few questions if someone can help plz.

1) is there any way i can find out if medical results have been send to lvo?
2) does another line appear on ecas when u do a re-med saying medical results have been recieved?
3) i recieved all my originals back. London had asked me to send them my baby's birth certificate once i recieve it when i informed them about my pregnancy. Should i still send them a copy of the birth certificate even though they've sent all my docs back??

Alhamdulillah! Finally got a DM!
Stage 1: 3 months and Stage 2: 7.5 months. Total 10.5 months to get DM.
My case: no interview, remedical done, no request for additional docs.
Now just waiting for PPR.

HI everyone,
in some of your profiles i see you guys also mentioned IELTS request date. To my understanding, for spousal sponsorship there is no such requirements. In your cases did LVO request the sponsored person to have IELTS at later date during the process??

I submitted my app on June 12, 2015 for my wife. SA and File transfer to LVO on August 13, 2015.

Appreciate if someone can explain this to me.

in some of your profiles i see you guys also mentioned IELTS request date. To my understanding, for spousal sponsorship there is no such requirements. In your cases did LVO request the sponsored person to have IELTS at later date during the process??

Hay Bro,

There is no requirement of IELTS for Spousal appkcai. Someone has put that by mistake. Don't worry .

Hi Mercy 24 I want to ask you couple questions first where does it say decision made? and on whos client id you or your spouses? Where is your spouse from in pakistan? When did the immigration ask for the passport after the medical was done because my spouse has also got his medical done on sept 7th 2015 but as of yet there is no progress and the immigration is still checking the backgroud. would kindly appreciate this information and will be very helpful thankyou.

Sponsor can check through UCI and applicant can view his/her file via case number. So for applicant to easily view u can login with case number and applicant's DoB, then you will see under permanent residence application it will be "in process'' or ''Decision made'' or Application received''.

Hi,

I am a bit new to this forum therefore, need some assistance from the seniors.

I am a Canadian immigrant, landed in Canada in July 2013, stayed there for almost 03 months and the returned back to Pakistan in October 2013 with a PR card. Since than I am living in Pakistan (from almost 2 years)....

I am planning to move completely to Canada in December this year for starting my carrier there.. I was a bachelor when I became a permanent resident, however, I got married a month ago (in August 2015)... As I am the only PR, I have to go alone and file my wife's case from the beginning...

I would here like your suggestion and guidance as, what is the fastest way to take my wife with me in Canada?? and how much approximate time it take to take my wife there?

Congrats to all those progressing in this struggle to be reunited with our loved ones!
Just wanted to get some opinions from you guys. My husband was requested additional docs mid August which were sent a couple of days later, along with the remedical which was done on Aug 24. After that, there has been no update from LVO there has been no update on ECAS either for both upfront medical or this remedical and if it has been received. Anyone want to shed some light on what could be happening? If they needed anything else from us, they would have asked with that request no? Really confused :-[ should we expect PPR soon?

Did Check List of sponsorship application tells use to have IELTs? I believe No. so yes its "Not. Its not a requirement for a Spouse.

I ordered notes previous month and they responded in detail. And put me in the queue for the interview. Some things I haven't understood. Plz help me out brothers and sisters !
"The processing of your request is now complete and I am pleased to enclose the documents requested. Certain information qualifies for exemption pursuant to section(s) 16(1) law enforcement and investigations of the Access to Information Act.Please be advised that you are entitled to submit a complaint regarding the processing of your request to the Information Commissioner within sixty days of the receipt of this notice."

What does this mean? And specially what does sixty days stand for? What are they trying to say?
