We marriage in feb 2012 first five years we face some internal hurdles from families then in 2017 she starts job and submitted the case on sept 2017.
That is the point. Ircc didn't got and huge money transferring even they check our all bank records 10 years of bank statement. Job salary slips. Property documents etc. They only have the a poison pen latter. Which i prove wrong in apeal.
i think visa officer would be racist , its bad luck, lot of things depend on visa officer's attitude.
This particular case isn’t about racism. It’s unfortunate, but naturally IRCC is going to take it seriously when they receive reports about a possible fraudulent marriage.
There’s a lot of investigation involved, and it’s a huge hurtle for the applicants to make their case and prove that the allegations are false. It’s everybody’s biggest nightmare when it comes to spousal sponsorship as it’s a long road to the finish line. This can happen to anyone of any nationality.
oh my God...seriously? how would someone tell IRCC that their marriage is fake? did they mention your name? or did someone saw your file or case number?
ok i have a very simple question...
ok first of all i am not saying that your marriage is fake and i am not being judgemental i am just asking a simple question...
if someone's marriage is not fake we provide them all details they can investigate from NADRA or from any other sources...if NADRA has record that they are married then how IRCC can reject them and why?
if they investigate and find that they are married in NADRA's record then why would they keep on rejecting you on someone's false allegation?
when i will submit my passport i will write my full name date of birth, studios stamp and date when pictures were taken right?
the docs i am taking with me are:
1. original passport along with 2 photocopies of first three pages
2. email received from visa office
3. updated information chart
4..........2 photographs
and one more thing... we will type our information in that chart right?
guide me if i am wrong.... i don't want to make any mistake
