Via webform, I recently enquired about the receipt of my file at LVO as 115 days have been passed since the file moved but i didn't get the AoR2. The reply of LVO is as under:-

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your email.
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, please note that Canadian missions in the United Kingdom are providing essential services only.
Your application is currently in transit and given the above restrictions, we are unable to confirm receipt of your application in London at the present time.
While we continue to serve our clients, service disruptions and restrictions due to COVID-19 will have an impact on processing times and we are unable to respond to repeat enquiries and appreciate your patience.
Please consult IRCC’s special measures to help clients affected by COVID‑19 and Canada’s Coronavirus disease (COVID-19): Outbreak site for the most up to date information.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during these uncertain times.
Sincerely,
LLB

I mean how is it possible that the file is still in transit. It's almost 4 months passed since the file moved to LVO. Now 14 weeks remaining as GCKey stated. What should I do Now. I am confused and worried.
please dont worry...it will be fine soon but they respond very generic email as every time i sent it to them...same typical reply....so don't panic as your file is there but they're not working...it has been paused....

i guess all we can do is wait and pray...i'm already 1.5 year over and nothing after AOR 2 since Dec 10, 2019....

hope we all hear soon..

I hope you remember my post as my file moved to LVO on January 13th. I got the same email.
I got my GCMS notes in end of April which shows nothing progress after 13th January. Don't know what to do.

Hello all, I Am a Feb 2018 case (complicated case, received PFL, ADR and then interview) and received “Decision Made” on Permanent resident status on April 8, no PPR yet. Upon inquiring, received the following email. Hopefully This ordeal is closer to the end.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your email.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, please note that Canadian Visa Offices are providing essential services only.

The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. Once we have returned to regular operations, you will be provided with correspondence outlining next steps in order for our office to complete processing. We are unable to provide a timeframe for when the next correspondence will be sent.

Sincerely,
LLB

What about her address on ID card did you change that to yours?

Honestly i didn't do it...its going to be alot of problem for her at name changed....just add husband name instead of father name if you want to otherwise you need to change her name on her every document including her educations, police clearence etc. or attached an affidavit explaining her new name vs her old documents name....its nothing important...i didn't do it....show more of your physical time together then these things...

Hi
What is PFL ?
Thanks
PFL is a procedural fairness letter. It’s a request for additional paperwork/clarification for any serious concerns visa officer has. The letter or email from IRCC will clearly explain that the letter sent is PFL or not.

Aoa I'm an April 2019 applicant. Any one who is in the same boat as me. I'm just really worried at this point. My file moved to LVO in November 2019. Nothing after that. How many people here are in the similar position. And like what do you guys think how much longer is going to be the wait. I'm starting to lose patience....how long is this going to stretch. My spouse and I have been apart for almost a year and a half now. :( :( Like any idea about the time frame. At this point what do we expect?

W.Salaam, I'm in the same boat. We are May 2019 Applicants with no further progress after November 2019. I even sent an email, but it was just a generic reply. I believe most people from March onwards are in the same situation with little to no progress. I hear that London is going to make an announcement this Sunday to open up the lockdown there, so maybe LVO will start working again pretty soon. All we can really do at this time is wait since it's not just a few people and everyone in the same boat. InshAllah good news is about to come very soon as restrictions are starting to ease.

No, i didn't....but you can do whatever you feel comfortable in doing so, my only concern was with her name on degree and other documents.

If that is true then it is great news and I really hope that it is. Insha'Allah I hope we get to hear something soon. I just pray that covid and whatever other hindrances are along the way just move away.
