Can any1 help me out here and give any suggestions. my wife submitted passport may 19. its been 9 weeks no reply yet. they did not give any tracking nunber. when we call them, they tell us we dont have it back yet. I emailed islamabad office but they dont reply either. do i have any option?

Where your wife submitted her Passport ? Did she get any Receipt after submitting that ?

When you Submit your Passport they give you Receipt on which they mention tracking number. They also update every single moment of your Passport through E-mail. In addition to that you can also track your passport anytime through tracking ID.

Brother if you have the receipt than go to VFS service center where you drop the passport and ask them about that.

May be there is possibility that you give it to wrong place. In that case find your passport back and send them.

Need Some Help Here .. CiC Sent Passport Request On 18th december 2014 But I guess They ve Sent that email to My Agent He Didnt Informed Me About That But By Sending Emails Atlast I came To Know That My Passport Request Was Sent To Me on 18th Of December 2014 Now Today I Submited My Passport To The Nearest Application Centre On 23rd July 2015 .. Till When They Will Give Me Back My Stamp Passport I Mean In How Many Days. ????Whts The Procedure After That

What if my spouse made any mistake on form 3907e that have to be filled by hand, can I correct that with my hand writing?? Or he has to send another one in his own writing? ???

Dear, My wife is from canada and she have sponsored me.

we both are living together since we got married in Pakistan,

last year in November i got job in Saudia so i moved here..
now they said i have to provide Police clearance .

and for police clearance from KSA they said they will send a letter and some instructions which i have to take with me to get PCC.

but they gave me 45 days and still i havent received the instructions. almost 20 days have past.

Yeah u need to a request letter, don't wait for CIC just go directly canadian embassy in Riyadh and get the letter from there.

Hey im a canadian citizen living in pakistan .. i have already applied for my sons and husbands sponsorship as we intend to move back to canada.
My question is .. as soon as we move back to canada i can apply for my sons certificate of citizenship ? Since i was not a naturalized citizen my pakistani son did not get the citizenship by birth ..
So when we move back to canada can i immediately apply for his certifucate of citizenship ? And will i be able to leave canada after a few months to visit my parents in karachi .. when applying for his certificate is it necessary to be in canada dyring that period of time ?

I don't think so u need any instructions from them, just apply on time for a police clearance certificate from your native area and submit early.

You can request a letter to get a police certificate in Saudi Arabia. 1 x letter per adult applicant is required. There are several ways to be able to get a request letter. You need to check out these link to compare ur situation.

One thing I would recommend "NO OVERWRITING AT ALL". If you need to make any amendments then just print off another copy of that particular page and fill it out by yourself.

Did they allow or confirm with you to submit your passport now, after 7 months of PPR? Usually PPR is valid for 30 days and you have to comply the PPR within 30 days.
I don't know if you are the unique scenario here.

I got my ppr and have submitted passport
but ecas shows still in process

Check it again on next Tuesday.

just 7 days left in my departure..im a bit nervous about the immigration process at canada airport/

No need to be nervous...... They just gonna stamp entry date, check your COPR and ask your residential address to have your PR mailed to you. Nothing else.

From my point of view this should be ok. You can give it try to match his handwriting but even than no big deal if its little bit different.
Only signature is prim importance. All signatures should be matched to each other.
