Can Principle Applicant travel outside of Pakistan for Vacation after the submission of Application - And do they need to inform IRCC about this trip voluntarily OR not.

You should let IRCC know about any travelling that you may do especially if it is with your significant other. Take lots of pictures, save receipts and ticket stubs if travelling by plane

Who gets the email of file transfer to visa office ? Primary applicant or the sponsor ?

Where is background check and file procedure? Is it in pakistan? At nadra for verification. Please guide me the steps

The background check is done by CIC, or CSIS in special cases where extensive checking is required. Most of the file procedure is done by the LVO. They may contact any related government departments to verify information

I am 7 Nov 2018 applicant received email Today of Pre Arrival Letter. but online account doesn't updated with Completion of Eligibility Nor Background process completed. Does anyone know Pre Arrival Letter is sign of Eligibility passed . or everyone who have applied got this Pre Arrival letter.

very normal for Pakistani applicants.
next step is file transfer to LVO which I believe is happening for December applicants these days. Patience and wait is only what you can do here my friend.

I got PPR today. Can someone help me with the following:

1) How to fill the Appendix A - Updated Information Chart? Do I need to type in or can the information be handwritten? Is it only for PA or both the PA and Sponsor?

2) They have requested two pictures. I have noticed that my pictures have grey borders. Does it matter? Should they be without borders with plain white background?

3) Do I need a prior appointment with VFS to submit my passport? Can I submit it at VFS Lahore/Karachi or does it have to be VFS Islamabad?

Any help would be appreciated

1. Only for PA, typed is better.
2. White background as per specifications - this photo will appear on COPR and will go on the PR card too.
3. No appointment required, can be submitted at any VFS.
