Pls I need advice my sister is about getting married and she is currently in ip2 since March 1 2018,she intends notifying cic after her wedding,but husband to be has a 10 year ban in the UK can she add his application to her for express entry???would it affect her credibility?

I mailed the recept to lvo and the credit card used wasn't of sponsor so i think there will be no problem.Does this mean that they have decided to issue the visa and how long it might take for ppr

depends what I been reading on your forum it can take weeks or month the i know with the inland side with landing interview especially with cic etobicoke can take several weeks

Aoa everyone
We applied our application on 6 march 2017 (my husband is sponsoring me)
On december 5 we got pre arrival services letter, and on 6 april 2017 i had my medical which is expired now unfortunately
Its over 3 months now we got pre arrival services mail
Currently on GCKey it is showing application is in background check
Does any1 knows why it is taking that long?
I have seen many cases who got PPR within 9-10 months
In our case its over a year now like 14 months
Please comment!

she has to be totally honest because when they check on the husband and see the 10 year ban they can say that is misrepresentation
