Don't lose hope. The average processing for 2017 till now is 7.1 months while for 2016 it is 10.5. I believe 2017 applicants files are being processed quicker than previous years applicants.

Im an april 2017 applicant and my file transferred to the LVO on 4th October. No news after that. Been 8 months.

Hi All.

The TRV I applied for my wife is refused on grounds that not strong ties to back home, VO thinks the PA will not return to Pak.

Anyway. Thanks for the help, we tried our best. Now hoping for PR app to give some good news soon.

Please dont be discouraged, I am sure we will come out of this strong and with a PPR! Just learn from our mistakes and send them voluntary proof of visits and communication etc.

Contact your MP, order GCMS notes. Trust me when I say that no matter how on top of things you are, CIC will find a way to surprise you and not in a nice way! We ordered notes monthly, asked MP to follow up once. Got Urdu NN request we thought no big deal after we explain why we dont have it it will be smooth sailing. WRONG! Seedha PFL and woh bhi itna sarha hua! But best to be on top of things. All the best!

Hi Hamna. Most April applicants have heard from LVO already. Do you have a lawyer? Have u guys done any inquiry from LVO yet?

Contact your MP, order GCMS notes. Trust me when I say that no matter how on top of things you are, CIC will find a way to surprise you and not in a nice way! There is no way to find out , how much time LVO take to look into application after it transfer there. i am talking about the first visit to a file by visa officer after transfer. if anyone has any idea.

2nd, If there is a lawyer , can a sponsor request GCMS notes?

What does PFL looks like ? Does it say its a PFL or does it look like additional documents request. Iam Jan 6th 2017 applicant, still waiting .. got additional documents request, submitted everything on Dec 1 2017 , since then nothing

In A PFL, the Visa officer (shamelessly) says that he is not convinced that the relationship is genuine along with asking for additional docs.

PFL will say PFL on GCKey as well. Our MP rep said all additional docs are PFL, I think she is wrong. Any way it will say we they think the marriage is not genuine and are giving us a last chance to prove the genuineness of our marriage before they reject our application.
