Hmm... ok so if we go by the stuff we have read on forums, yes it does complicate the case a bit i think. However, u shudnot loose hope. If ur divorce papers are all sorted and submitted and ur current relationship proof i strong i dont see any hurdle in ur case.
Nov applicants are hearing from LVO these days however not all of them have and trust me when i say this, that u need to worry once u cross the 9 month mark. For now relax and pray.

Hey wanted can i sponsor who is pr leave canada while the spousal application is in process. Second question as i heard the pr have to live in canada for 2 years out of 5 what happens if the pr cant complete 2 years missed few weeks in it.

Did you submit these proofs with the application when applying. Not the job offer ofcourse as you might not have had it that time but other things like letters from friends and family knowing your plans, letters from family who're there already, offering you a place to stay for the initial settling in period, rental searches, a letter from you to the visa officer explaining "your plan" of how you intend to re-establish life in Canada, living off savings till you get a job, your employment potential, your research screenshots of newcomer agencies, screenshots of travel insurance to cover for the initial months until your provincial health cover kicks in and so on..

If you did all that in the start its not necessary that they'll ask you for proof of intent to return to canada at this stage. So did you?

Well I told them that my parents own a house here and they are willing to acommodate me once I m back and a brief explanation about my plans.

Hi everyone.

I got my status on ECAS changed to Decision Made on 7th June.

Still haven't recieved any email regarding anything. Ecas doesn't show that either it's approved or not.
Does anyone know how long does it take to get the email for PPR or whatever the next step is?
Got my re-med done on 31st of May. The status changed on 8th June.
No letter, no email.
Scaring the hell out of me.

I think they are not processing applications in a queue. June and july applicants are waiting for DM/PPR and few November applicants got DM

Yes, like me who hasn't heard the slightest news from LVO. I emailed them again in May, and haven't received any response. My lawyer just keeps telling me to wait, but I mean everyone's flies have gotten some updates, but nothing for my end. Running out of options now.

CIC started working on her part of the application on 9th March and today after 3 months we got PPR

What is the normal timeline after DM?

Those of u who are worried about not getting ppr after dm pls stop doing sk. Im 99.99% sure dm means case finalixed and u never get a dm without interview if ur case is a complicated one. A DM on ecas without an interview means u r done IA. So as per my observations on forum, i have seen that the timeline between dm and ppr ranges from 1 day to one month even. Hence hang in there. Ppr is on the way
Also u can try sending lvo an email for the ppr. Maybe that can speed up the process
