Ordered in Dec nd status was PA and not started for everything.
My last updated was 6 dec 2016.
However, there were no details about what the update was about and neither were there any significant comments except for file held for london pilot project.

Im going to order my notes again in the coming weeks. Lets see if they show any changes.

There is nothing around the additional documents in the correspondence. And nothing else has a time stamp more recent than Oct. I'm assuming you got your GCMS notes as well? Can you share your updated date?

Update for all of you:

I received an email from London visa office with a letter saying

'on the balance of probabilities, I have concerns that your sponsor does not reside in Canada. Furthermore, I am not satisfied that you are intending to come to Canada to establish permenant residence'

They have given me 30 days to respond. Can anyone please advise on what I should be providing. I have been living in Canada since May last year with a 7 week visit in between to visit my husband. How should I address the intend to stay in Canada issue?

OK, for evidence of her intent to move, your wife should include the following in addition to the statutory declaration:

1. A 'letter of intent' - stating that she intends to sever ties with the PAK and reside exclusively in Canada. Notarized

2. A letter from her current employer

3. A letter from a relative in Canada, stating that she is storing a number of our personal belongings and furniture, also stating that she will be helping us find accommodation before we make the move.

4. A letter listing all her close friends and family in Canada who have agreed to be contacted by CPC to vouch that she is returning to take up residence.

6. Copies of the Cover letters and Résumés she has sent to prospective Canadian employers. (we have heard nothing back) Hopefully these will be as good as a job search, as a search is kind of hard to show, (I mean what, do ya just print off a couple of pages of search results from Canadajobs.com, and call it proof of a search?)

How to contact/involve MP to my case..

I m july 2016 applicant and no further updates after additional docs submission. . I want to involve local MP to our case.
Is is good to involve MP ??
and secondly what type of help Mp can do ??

Only involve your MP if things with your case are starting to go pear-shaped. Do not go to your MP for "routine" questions, or anything that is not urgent - and consider an actual definition of "urgent", not your own definition! Your MP may not be able to do anything, but sometimes they can provide a bit of a shove to CIC, or may at least be a bit more successful in getting an update. But use your MP sparingly. If you use your MP excessively early on when you probably didn't need to, you will find it much harder to get your MP to act on your behalf later in the process when you may actually need their help! So be sensible with involving your MP.

When exactly did u send ur voluntary stuff? it takes them 30 plus days to include it in ur file.

Albumdulillah!!! Got my passport back yesterday with COPR.
My final destination is Winnipeg but is it ok if I land in Toronto. Me and my wife wanna spend sometime in Toronto first.

Got my GCMS notes today (took around 3 weeks to get it).
23 Sept 2016 Applicant.

File is PUT AWAY and File held for London Pilot Project. We're all going to be pilots at the end of this.

Got the sponsorship approval today (31-Mar) and results of medical passed on 30-Mar

Havent done the medical yet. When I called cic they said that medical request has been sent to PA to UAE by mail on March 07. My husband hasnt got the mail yet.

Comments look good, sounds like eligibility is passed.

Check the status & last update date of the assessments (eligibility, security, criminality, medical).

Comments look good, sounds like eligibility is passed.

Check the status & last update date of the assessments (eligibility, security, criminality, medical).

Hard to understand, I scrolled up n down, medical pass, crimnality beckground not started, in updated comments the date of comments is 16 December, (just after I sent the add document) one more thing in notes it is written under PAPER FILE HISTORY paper 9 April 2017 date created. Where my file number f.... Is also written ,what is that, I haven't received any communication after February

Really? Is that true? Do u think I have made it? But y they haven't started background n crimality since that comment, y still eligiblity under process?
