Any advice on submitting the passport to vfs karachi?? And any good photographer in karachi for PR card photos.. As i had problems before with the photos so i dont wanna take risk and delay the process of visa issuance further.. Thankyou everybody

Well you'll have to clarify to them about the custom you performed and why you couldn't make Ruksuti. But, what does your lawyer suggest? He should be able to provide guidance on what to say.

yes i have already clearify them about rukhsati in cover letter and my lawyer have post all my reply with further pics and docs, so what you thing that how much the time will take LVO for final decesion ????

If i were you i would renew my passport and send it to CIC. What I have heard is that your passport should be valid for atleast 6 months to travel to any country. They are near to making decision so renew your passport as soon as possible and send copy of it to LVO. It wont delay anything the only delay you gonna face is 1 week to get your new passport.

ok so we can reply that the pp is getting renewed as we hav to reply within 10 days of emal received. Also is it possible we can send the pp. For visa stamping from khi incase he is nit in dxb??

I got married in Pakistan on March 2015, with my Canadian citizen cousin. She spend 3 months with me here and went back. i have a son who is born in Dec 2015. now i applied for PR on 30 Sep 2016.

Document request Photos 50x70 (previous were not accurate): 08 Nov, 2016

My application is in London now because i have sent the photos LVO. But haven't got approval mail yet, please tell me what's next?

Usually they don't reply, they are mostly change status on GC key. you can track your courier.

Can you tell me LVO address bcz i have to send some documents.

In Islamabad VFS, there's a photographer there that charges 500 but gives you the exact photos. My wife used that.

yes tell them that we have sent passport for renewal. Don't know about karachi

Hi Sarrah,

When I got my ppr I was told to submit my passport to Abu Dhabi office, I emailed them through case specific query that I am in Pak and if I can submit my passport there and they said you can do it ( got the reply within 24 hrs). Make sure you email them first about it before submitting.
