they ask for proof of communication after marrieg which we already submitted with application any way i have enclosed recent contact if all celluler and call apps
and also aquire for more pics of our wedding i dont kniw why
we know each other since 2004 alk proofs was attached with application

How many wedding pics did you attach with the application?

Did they specifically ask for Ruksati pics or general marriage pics?

Any reason you might think they would ask for this?

I attached about 30 pics of wedding
And yes they ask for Rukhsati
My wife came here for only 15 days after 2.5 years for wedding in 2011 we had a ceremony of Lafz dehi ( giving word )and now wedding at 2016
My wife is Afghani and we celebrated our wedding with her culture ever she dressed white dress in wedding day we can't make rukhsati cause she had to go back to Canada she is working lady but we spent like 10 days together
" may be councillor conforming about genuinity of our wedding " I had also attached all proof since 2004 to till now of our relationship and communications
What happens next ?????

Well you'll have to clarify to them about the custom you performed and why you couldn't make Ruksuti. But, what does your lawyer suggest? He should be able to provide guidance on what to say.

I got married in Pakistan on March 2015, with my Canadian citizen cousin. She spend 3 months with me here and went back. i have a son who is born in Dec 2015. now i applied for PR on 30 Sep 2016.

call cic directly ask them if u can continue with the process or u have to make fresh application. What we have seen on the forum is that guy contacted cic that he wants to continue woth the app

Anyone went through similar scenario? if so,how did you deal with it?

I replied to them as follows:
Attached herewith is the proof of the upfront medical assessment. However, I did submit this proof of medical assessment when I initially submitted my application back in December 21st, 2015.
I would be grateful if you could advise me how to proceed with it further.

Lets see how they respond within or after the 10days.
LVO is unpredictable lately. I dont see any future requests. Lets hope ppr from there on!

Whats your progress?

Last i checked with the MP, eligliblity and background were complete. My meds expired just a week ago and im still waiting. Lately theyve been telling few Nov/Dec 2015 applicants of no meds history on file. Dont know whether its Medic centres that are not doing thier job or LVO making life miserable.
Whatever it is they need to get err done. Tht means no more sweet sour case specific enquiries your way..lvo. looool.
