Hey all,

Quick question, I just received a parcel/envelope of documents which include husband's birth registration certificate and mine (translated), with original nikaah nammah.

Re-medical is passed, background check has been in process since Oct 18th, so if there is no DM why did they send the documents back?

interviews was normal she said she is not satisfy but she is also not refusing and she will ask seniors and will inform in 3 days just she asked why i didnt visit when my daughter was born and some other questions she asked questions about different photos , about my spouse job and activities etc then she take some photos of my family visit in pak on this march and police report pray for me thanks

Tell me guyz ECAS is crap since its always show three lines. I think I should go ahead an ask my lawyer to make a my CIC account. She advised me but I am just cautious they won't screw up the communication since after linking everything is sent to the email so I am not sure MYCIC atleast gives more info. :'( :'(

So I had sent LVO an enquiry with regards to medical, cause as As per GCMS notes:

Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Medical: In Progress

This is what they have for Medical reasons (Text): Meds in progress. All requirements met pending linking of meds.
-Medicals not located on GCMS. Unclear if original request was successfully received - resent on this date.

Furthermore, I even got back my original documents.
With upfront eMeds submit along with Application back in December.

Please note we are unable to find your medical results on our system.
Please submit proof of having completed an examination with a Panel Physician within 10 days so we can forward to the relevant medical office to have the results added to your application.

how often do you check in with your MP ? Mine told me he will check only after 90 days.

Anyone went through similar scenario? if so,how did you deal with it?

I replied to them as follows:
Attached herewith is the proof of the upfront medical assessment. However, I did submit this proof of medical assessment when I initially submitted my application back in December 21st, 2015.
I would be grateful if you could advise me how to proceed with it further.

Dear Everyone, Need a suggestion from all of. One of my friend got spouse visa but after that they divorced. Now can he move to Canada or not. If can move what will be the grounds and if not what problems he will face.

When did your friend receive spousal visa?

When did the divorce happen?

Has he been to Canada?

This information will help us in giving you an accurate answer
