I need some information regarding "Generic Application Form for Canada IMM0008"

At Personal Detail section Question 2) Have you used any other name ?

DO i have to put my wife old name here . As her name changed when we got married. Her new name is same as on the new passport /NIC .

i'm working with one of the London spreadsheet admins to export our data over to the London spreadsheet. they have more data overall, so we'll end up getting better performance figures for LVO.

the dark green and turquoise rows are temporary markers to show which rows have already been exported.

i remember how that feels. what i was trying to say was that when it eventually does happen, you won't know what hit you. you'll never see it coming, and you'll never see that light at the end of the tunnel until you're actually out of the tunnel.

as MM345 said, the best thing to do is stop counting. hang in there!

The feeling of hanging on is so miserable. I really hope LVO start pumping PPRs for us soon!

I know exactly what you mean...hopefully next week will bring some good news, InshaAllah

I was thinking of sending some proof of my recent visit to PAKS, however, on Webform -London under Type of application/enquiry, don't have any outland option.
Not sure, how to go about it.

Admin's,

Alhamdulillah Sponsor approval is received. So the myth about print out of Option C is gone. If you don't have any option C print out from CRA just explain the reason and the application will be approved. Indeed I was scared earlier that they may reject sponsor approval as I was not having option C print out and I was not there in Canada since 2 years.

So I contacted my MP and he got back with the following update:


* The application was received at the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga (CPC-M), Ontario on September 10, 2015.
* The medical examination results are on file and valid until October 6, 2017.
* All the assessments have been completed. However no final decision has been made as of yet.
* As per our current processing times<http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/index.asp>, it may take up to 24 months to finalize the application. However, processing times indicated on our website are approximate, and can vary with each individual case.

I need your comments please.

Statrted Working on it: October 31.


Sponsorship Approval says: In Process

How long will it take for transfer to Lvo and what will be the update on my online "my application"?
