Hey guys,

can one of you provide me the email address for the london visa office, they had asked my wife to do remeds and she got them done today. I have to submit proof that the remeds were done (imo only provided a recipt).

I submitted a file thru cic.gc.ca but it doesnt let me review what was sent out, i want to make sure it was sent out hence want to send a direct email to them.

Secondly another issue came up at the IMO office, the general physician kept on questioning my wife about her identity and kept saying she doesnt look like her picture (picture was taken less then 3 weeks ago) anyone has had any experience with this ?

You don't have to provide evidence of completing remed. The medical office forwards it themselves.

Its been more than 30 days now since CIC requested docs and still no reply . Feeling really worried ..

On 20th sept..they asked for IMM008 generic form..and on 29th they demanded only scanned copy of schedule A

I have just updated my new private job.. I hope it wont delay process..

fyi, we have a new admin on the pak spreadsheet.

i'm also helping the london spreadsheet admins keep in sync with pakistani applications by exporting our data over to the London spreadsheet. more data points means we all get more accurate averages and a better idea of how well LVO is performing. data that has been exported will be marked off in dark green for now.

So i contacted the MP yesterday to inquire about my application. And basically updates are:

-Medical reassessment results were received in early september 2016
-Eligibility was determined near end of august 2016
-Currently security verifications are being conducted since august 26th 2016

What can be inferred from these updates? How much longer do you think it will be?

the good news is that your interview has been waived.

the not so good news is that background/security checks are different for each case. for some, bg/security takes no more than a few weeks, while for others it can take much longer. it depends on a lot of factors such as how much travel history the applicant has, which countries he/she has travelled to, whether the applicant has stayed outside of pakistan for more than six months, etc...

hang in there. shouldn't be too long now.

updating them with your job should not cause any delays.

from the kind of documents they're requesting, it's very likely that your eligibility has passed and that they're currently doing background and security checks. the time it takes to complete these checks varies for each applicant. does the principal applicant have an extensive travel history? and have they ever lived outside of pakistan?

They had also demanded travel history...in my case..m the principle applicant and i neva left country.. p.s my medical expiring in 10 days

visa officer state that we feel you are not in geniun relationship.if u can provide additional evidence that must include latest communication n financial receipts..
any other member face same like that......?Pls help...

Did you apply on 5th or 13th May. What information did you provide them earlier, was it a Nikah only case? Provide them with latest communication proof, recipients if you are sending money to your wife. Additional pictures or if you have visited your wife after you applied provide the poof. Tickets, boarding passes etc. Good Luck

no its rukhsti case.3 yrs of happy married life.yea my hubby visit me 2 time in this time for 40.40 days.yes we provide all things that u told.yes he sending money n we will give receipts now...but am talking talking about that it's normal thing or thing to worry..
