Hello,

according to my lawyer, one should never re-validate the forms, as it generates new information every time thus causing delays, maybe some one else can confirm this as well

yes that's true i guess. U can re-validate it but then use the new re-validated one as it will have new bar codes on it and don't switch any page.

You can however try another way to attach it. On a separate sheet of paper, you can write the form number, question number etc and write your email address and attach it with the already printed page. I had done that and didn't face any problems so far

How did you know that background checks are in progress ( by MyCIC ? or some other way ?) I cannot connect my application to myCIC, ANYOTHERWAY TO DETERMINE?

revalidating is not a problem so long as you print all the pages together. printing all the pages, updating a single page and then printing off just the updated page is what causes issues.

Yes Order GCMS notes will take a month but will tell a lot more information than Mycic and ECAS.

Its good to see April applicants file going into background check and PPR. I hope LVO doesn't slow down much in Nov or Dec . Jun files are not far off... ;D

Dear Respected member,

I was asked to submit additional documents from LVO about my relationship genuineness and intent to settle in Canada.

I have responded them to best of my knowledge.

Does any body have idea that what would be there next step if they are still not satisfied. Do they call for interview or just refuse the case right away?
