Thank you for maintaining this amazing thread. Its really helpful to everyone.

I am hoping if anyone has answer to my question. My spouse is in Canada here with me, but I would like to sponsor her under family class (Outside Canada). I am not sure which application package to use. Inside or outside. The questions in Family class (outside) are tailored specifically to spouses outside Canada.

Is anyone under the same situation please help.

you can sponsor her through family class (outland) even if she is physically in canada. outland applications are generally processed faster than inland. the only thing you need to be aware of is that if an interview is required, it will be held in islamabad.

you're a jan 2016 applicant. woah.

if you're the sponsor, you do not need to inform them of your job change. you do however need to inform them of your address change.

send LVO an email (check FAQ in my signature for their email) with your UCI, full name, date of birth, and new address.

Hi flx2015, I went to your FAQ signature as i can't see email address of LVO but wanted to make sure, is it ldnimmigration@international.gc.ca where i have to send my update(New) address.
Please reply so i send an email to LVO with my update address.
I have seen in spread sheet as well as in last post a January 2016, applicant got DM, how it is possible ?

In mean time, I will go to my local MP to figure it out more about file

I have been issued VISA in June and still no idea when the documents will be returned back.

Thanks flx2015 a lot. Will there by any negative effect on file by sending information regarding new address ? I even wrote New job and title along with new address while sending email. Is it ok ?

What will be processing time applied on me because i live in Dubai, UAE and my nationality is Pakistani according to CIC processing time for UAE is 14 months and for Pakistan is 24 months which one is applied on me? and this duration is maximum limit? or should be soon or more late?

your file will transfer to LVO. mine is same pakistani national residence in Dubai from last 5 year my file is transfer to LVO. and LVO time line is 15 months.
