Dont worry about it. It is in your interest that how would you present your case to CIC all you need to do fill out your forms accurately and smartly with as much information as possible. If you had a reception then you should and can attach 15/20 photographs to further support your case. My 2 questions are:
1) Since my case is Nikkah only will there be a letter of objection even with many pictures together (we also had a big Nikkah reception in Karachi attended by all family members) and proof of communication.
2) If I happen to have my Rukhsati and Valima before they ask for further proof should I send them the proof anyway or wait until they ask. Also what if they contact me before the Rukhsati and ask for proof but the Rukhsati is still a few months away.

They only tell you to go back for a rukhsuti and send you for an interview if you don't have enough proof. such as pictures, on going relationship proof. such as phones bills, money transfers, emails, text messages, wedding invitations... By the sounds of it, you should be good! Just do inform them that you PLAN on doing this afterwards and in shaa Allah they won't have any problems.
My immigration lawyer gave me an example of a few cases that have gone through perfectly fine....
What i attached with mine was
- 5 years worth of phone bills, text messages, emails and skype conversations
- Pictures of my Nikah and Nikah Reception, Invitation, Receipt of the hall and how many people attended. Receipt of the rings and presents given. Gift invoices... plus wrote a detailed letter on why rukhsuti wasn't done and when we plan to get that done!
I am also a Nikah only case, and let me tell you i was freakkkeddd out.... until i sat down with my lawyer last week and she explained it very well to me, that it shouldn't be a problem. If you happen to have the rukhsuti before they even ask, send them the proof! No harm in that! Most of all just continue doing dua...bcuz there is nothing more powerful then that! I must say Im relieved to read that as we also submitted lots of proof of ongoing relationship and I also gave detailed explanation of why we are doing Rukhsati after. Inshallah it will work out both for us and for you guys
I got another question. Now that everything goes through the London Visa Office is the timeline 11 months or is it still 32 months because of Pakistani applicant?

Sweet thanks for your help! Im glad its 11 months now. The 32 months thing was freaking me out. In fact thats the only reason we did Nikkah before because of the long wait times. Guess we should have waitedsponsorfa27 said:

If your a Canadian Citizen by birth you can go to Pakistan to live there are Visa Extensions and other ways. Its always good to let them know that you are here with your spouse and always register with Canadian Government that you are in Pakistan in case something happens here God Forbid. As a foreigner you must register with the Local Police as well so they keep alert in case you are Kidnapped God Forbid. I`m not trying to scare you. But I have been coming here since 2010 and have lived here many times over a year at times. Its always best to be aware of all things. It will also make your case stronger.
