In your case: your wife sponsored you and she got approval to sponsor you. And now they have received your application of permanent residence they will send correspondence to you (and sponsor also sometimes) if they need anything. So just wait your file is in queue. Good luck!

yes exactly now its 11 months when your app goes to LVO

So when the file goed to London. It takes 11 months from there?

i think when you check your online app status it shows a date of app recieved. that is the date from which 11 months start.

I got an email from London Office last month (12-June) and they required Police Certificate from Pakistan and UAE.

It took approx 17days to get my police certificate from Pakistan only.

I sent the Original Police Certificate to Islamabad Visa Office via Gerry's Dropbox and I replied to that email with attached copy of Police Certificate.

My question is: I sent the documents to Islamabad not London office. Is that OK? What happened next?

We are writing with regards to your family-class application for permanent residence in Canada.

Please note that, as you may already be aware, this office has taken over responsibility for the processing of family-class applications from the Visa Office in Islamabad.

Please be advised that, in order for us to proceed with your application, we require the following items:
- Original, updated Police Certificates from Pakistan and UAE.

If any documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation in addition to a photocopy of the original document. Please submit the requested documentation/information to us within 30 days. Please submit all the above documents to us at the same time, quoting your file number (shown in the subject line above) on all correspondence, including on the envelope.

Should you not respond within 30 days, your application will be assessed based on the information we have on file at that time, and may lead to a refusal of your application. Once the application is refused, you would be able to reapply, but you would be required to submit a new application and pay a new processing fee. The new application would be assessed according to the Canadian Immigration Act and Regulations in force at the time that the new application was received.

yes u had to sent ur documents to London as they hv requested u to submit them.

Yes i know. It still gives me the update of October 2013.

However, i did just find out that my file has been in London since Jan 2014.

I wonder how long now until i hear something? I called the toll free number and they said It takes 11 months from the January Date....

Just ordered GCMS notes! Hoping soon for everyone! In Shaa Allah!

I have received PPR 1 on 7th July, 2014 so what is the timeline for PPR 2 these days and any body with Sep, 2012 case received PPR 1 or PPR2 yet. Did anyone would like to answer my query Huh?

when did your first Medical expire? Just wondering when they will ask us, as our expires next month....
