Hi,

i have query regarding my PCC, in my case (Spousal Visa Application), my history is straight DOB to 2008-live in D.I.Khan-Pakistan and 2008-2016 (present) living in Islamabad. and i have only provided my PCC of D.I.Khan-Pakistan. Does LVO ask for another PCC from Islamabad-Pakistan.

as these both are the cities of same country.

i have already submitted my application in may, 2016 and its in process.

i submitted from every city where lived more than 6 months to be on safe side

Police system in Pakistan is not cetralized so chances are they will ask............but who knows

LVO doesn't always send AOR2.

But I got mine after 11 days of file transfer.

did u get AOR2 after PA side got line " we started processing on XXXXXXX application on XX July 2016"

or before that line?

After how many days they start Processing? i mean addition of line " We started processing XXXXXXXXX's application on XX August 2016"?

I have provided pcc of different towns as well..
Like gulshan town, johar town
To be on safe side..

Hi All,

being the May, 2016 applicant and as per the spreadsheet data and response of CIC, like the November,2015 application are processing in August, 2016.

we can expect the May,2016 cases to process in 8 Months, in December 2016 or January 2017. if the case is straight forward.

If you check CIC website regarding police certificate, it says PCC from a country where u stay 6 months or more 'NOT CITY' please don't make your application complicated, keep it simple according to CIC guideline. Rest assure, they won't ask you PCC from each city.

Yeah it is...
One question... In my GCMS notes, its written that validity date of medical is February. It means it will expire on february? although I have appeared for medical on 12th Nov

My ECAS showed that line 13 days after the file transferred to LVO.

Plz someone can help urgent!

Hi members,
Good news end up bad for me, i got the passport request for the visa, waited two months for return of it, i emailed case enquiry was not getting replies from anywhere. Finally a week ago when i checked my online status it show withdraw so my husband withdraw it without even letting me know. He said his financial status is not good in Canada and he can't support me so he withdraw application before i get there and get my financial rights.
He is avoiding talking to any of my family members, he didn't even telling how to finalize divorce, my question is that i am in Pakistan and he is in Canada how will i can get divorce certificate and what will be the process of getting it.Verbally he didn't say three times just said everything is finish, seems like joke to me what kind of Islamic divorce is this since then he is not talking he changed his place and i don't even know the adresse.
Should i get lawyer as he also taken money from my account in Canada, i got married there in Canada but due refugee status not approved i have to come back here and i did out land application.
Do i have any rights, i lost everything almost approved visa, my money he taken(Huge amount) and not even telling how to finalize divorce. i don't know what to do any suggestions plz

only lawyer can help you in this family mater
Try to file case against him for divorce and funds

Yes, I am but I don't want to check it regularly as we should receive an email if there are any updates etc.
I tried sending an email to my MP yesterday but didn't receive a response so I just sent a follow-up today. Let's see what happens :-\
