I need some information in regards to spouse sponsorship of my friend. The application was filed in July 2015 and following is the Ecase status.

We received your application for permanent residence on November 12, 2015.
We started processing your application on January 20, 2016.
Medical results have been received.

Please let me know how long is gonna take to get her visa done.

Hey, fbi PCC is only needed if spouse stayed in USA, otherwise not needed.

Depressed and hiding In a corner, jks !! Sent in my docs last week not just waiting Amna Hayat also sent in her add docs 2 weeks ago I believe

Waiting desperately when CIC will come to december applicants... wait is getting longer now. Why they have became so lazy.. get over nov applicants now... and oct too

it usually takes a month or two after document request to get the ppr. so for the nov applicants i guess there is still at least 30 days more before they get ppr ( if LVO works as they always do)

it usually takes a month or two after document request to get the ppr. so for the nov applicants i guess there is still at least 30 days more before they get ppr ( if LVO works as they always do)

Spreadsheet need to be update.

yup ur right maryumuman i sent in the additional docs on the 11th of july and they were received by the 13th... But still no response what so ever and i cannot link my application as well which is creeping me out.. so no idea what LVO is thinking or about to do but i really pray all husband and wives unite real soon...

Your friend is November 2015 applicant, currently LVO is working on October/Nov application.
Hopefully your friend will hear some gud news soon inshallah
plz check spread sheet for better idea about processing time (under signature of FM/flx)

Update so I was able to link my app when my husband make it from his side...? Anyways it says basics
medical: passed
Interview: not needed at this time
Background checks: not started !?! What!

We received your application to sponsor Bilal Shaukat on May 5, 2016.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on May 25, 2016.
We started processing your application on May 25, 2016.
They send me my Sponsor Approval on 15 July 2016.

I was finally able to link my application! (December applicant)

The mistake I was making was including our baby in the application count when it just should've been 2 (Applicant + Sponsor). Anyways, here's what I see:

Application/profile status: Open
Review of eligibility: Review in Progress
Review of medical results: Passed
Review of submitted
documents:
Scheduling an interview: Not needed at this time
A background check is needed Not Started
Final decision: Not Started
