Hi,

Can anyone pls guide me... after receiving the approval letter and the updates of medical received on ECAS i have not heard anything from the LVO and im quite upset and depressed since i am in Canada and my husband is in Pakistan, can anyone pls tell me when they can send a request or letter or if there's a way to reach them...?? Please

Hey Amna, im a november 2015 applicant aswell...i know how hard this is ...its been 7.5 months and nothing yet for me aswell...i think about the people who have been waiting for more than 3-4 years and how hard it must be for them...i was expecting something from cic in june considering the pace they were going at before and now they have slowed down...i really miss my husband and everyday im checking my email and ecas expecting some good news. This is so devestating...i have ordered notes on june 7 th and im just waiting for them. Im praying for each and everyone that they are united with there spouse as soon as possible insh Allah. It also really pisses me of looking at other applicants from othere countries who are just common law partners getting dm's within 3-4 months...but we have to wait. Just pray and take it easy even though thats really hard to do...have faith in Allah and keep a positive mind...im sure since cic was so quite the past few weeks, we are going to hear some good news this month insha Allah

insha allah. i know the trend kinda broke down over the past 2-3 weeks and it's now harder to predict our timelines, but there's much reason to be hopeful for the coming months. we know they're doing something in the background to speed things up this year, but we don't know exactly what that is yet. i hope we see results soon.

and yes, i also get pissed off when i see ottawa giving DMs within 3-4 months to visa exempt applicants who are already living together with their partner in canada. i believe the CIC should give those people lower priority when it comes to processing. some of them even come onto this forum and complain about being given their visa "too soon" and wanting to delay their landing...

insha allah. i know the trend kinda broke down over the past 2-3 weeks and it's now harder to predict our timelines, but there's much reason to be hopeful for the coming months. we know they're doing something in the background to speed things up this year, but we don't know exactly what that is yet. i hope we see results soon.

Ya its hard to predict our timelines....ahhhh I have no more patience! I really wish we could take a stand against these double standards...the time period for us Pakistanis is waaaay to long ! Please cic sun lo humari!

I read it on another spreadsheet that it takes approximately 150 days on average after sponsorship approval to hear for dm..
Now how true is that.. How many days are done for u people after SA

DM was made on 14-06-2016 but no DM yet . ???

forgot to mention that you'll need to contact them at their "constituency address". also, it's better to call them because some offices never respond to emails. when you call, they will ask you to come into the office and sign a release form. it won't take long.

What's the constituency address??

put your postal code into that link i posted and it will give you two phone numbers and addresses for your mp. you must contact his office using the one labelled "constituency".

it just means that's his local office close to your home.

Guys! E-Cas status for my Spouse's application changed to Decision Made probably yesterday or the day before.

So Passport request may be in a few days?.

Also could anyone please guide me, whatelse do they ask for alongwith Passports as i will be travelling out of city so i better grab that stuff with me.

Hi members, I have submitted passport for visa stamp & COPR on 05/16/2014 from Karachi to Islamabad(reached on 06/17/2016) it almost passed 4 weeks but haven't heard from visa center yet for passport pick up. Are people experiencing such situation also can we book ticket without passport?
