Yes they mention that but documents they ask, non of them will be original.
here is the copy of what they ask.
"Client Information: Evidence of your sponsor’s residence in Canada such as bank
statements listing transactions, payslips and tax documents.
Communication, proof: Passport stamps, photos and travel itineraries if your sponsor
has visited you in Pakistan since the submission of your application
Client Information: Copies of your sponsor’s passport entry/ exit stamps for all journeys
to and from Pakistan.
Communication, proof: Evidence of maintained communication with your sponsor since
their return to Canada after your wedding such as phone and internet records.
Communication, proof: Additional photos showing you with your sponsor after your
marriage including any pictures showing you alone together.
Marriage photos: Additional wedding photos including pictures showing you and your
sponsor in the presence of guests on the day of your wedding, photos
showing you signing the Nikah Nama and pictures of the Rukhsati ceremony.
Client Information: Please explain how your family and the family of your sponsor were
connected before your marriage. Were your families related? If not, how were they
acquainted?
Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form
(IMM 5669) bearing an original signature Please list your personal history since the age
of 18 on question 8 of the form."
