Spousal Sponsorship Interview Questionaires, Experience, Preparations

So I currently have an application in to sponsor my husband. But, now I am worndering if I am able to sponsor my 13 old cousin who is an orphan, both her parents die when she was around 6. I was there when she was as born and came to our home. I am planning to adopt her. Am I able to sponsor her while I have an application in for my husband? Who CIC have an issue since she is my mom sister daughter? Please advise, I love this kid a lot and would want to see her having a bright future.

The sponsor needs to show minimum income as per CIC policy to sponsor any minor orphan brother or sister but I'm not sure whether orphan minor cousin can be sponsored or not......

Any ideas Singapore Visa office how many days takes after transfer for medical call.submitted PCC and 5669 as per their request before transfer to SVO.and interview is mandatory for all bd applicant ?

Contact CIC and ask - it should be a good case to apply for.

thanks, I submitted a visitor application for her and she got 5 years visitor visa...Will be looking into getting her a study permit...

Income is definitely not a concern, however, it will take about 3-4 years so we are going down a different route. She just got a 5 years visitor visa and I am going to submit a an application for a student visa for her.

interview is not needed for all. it varies from time to time . and after resubmitting pcc and medical it cud take 3 weeks to 3 months.

No evidence of relationship to return. Sponsor has submitted marriage certificate as proof of relationship ..As per current office protocol,notificationthat interview is required is not necessary .

what does this mean ?looks like they only got our marriage certificate ..but as a proof we sent picture, govt issued id with same address , our rent lease paper and so many things ..why they say that no proof of relation to return ..um really confused .. looks like they didnt got aanything except the certificate .. which is now leading the interview .. what should we do ? plz suggest

Interview depends on individual case scenario. If there's no red flag, interview most likely be waived.

You can send them again those dox plus any additional dox you may deem necessary or the sponsor may contact respective federal MP to know exactly what they want in support of the application.

Reply back to their email and ask for an update. I had to several times (once or twice a month) before I got a response.

Sent a lot of emails and case specific inquiry. Contacted mp bt of no use. No ans from them except to wait

Thank you very much for all the information on this forum it has helped me a lot.

Me (sponsor) and my husband (PA) were scheduled for an interview in LA in August. I think they have some concerns about my marriage because I am divorced and I married my current husband really fast but our relationship is genuine 100%. My husband has a situation with his passport he has been trying to renew it for almost 8 months. We are from Venezuela and our country is going through a humanitarian crisis right now and it is out of our hands to get a new passport right now. My husband have the proof that he attend to the appointment to get his new passport and the Venezuelan consulate but He hasn't got it yet. So we will have to go to the interview with his expired passport because he does not have the new one and we don't know when he will get it. What do you think we should do? can they still conduct the interview with his expired passport? They already know that he has this situation and the still asked us for an interview.

Please help me. I will appreciate all information you can give me!

I do not think the expired passport will be a problem for the interview.

However, you husband will not get PR Visa into expired passport. So even if CIC could be ready to finish the process and issue the visa they will not do that till he gets his new passport.
