Thank you! Just very quick update.

I just got notification email from the CIC website. When I checked it I got one message. They requested for my medical exam because my medical exam already expired two months ago. Then after that I got another email notification again from the CIC website and when I checked it was a letter from the embassy. In that letter its said that I have to complete the medical exam and submit police certificate and send it to the Canada Embassy in Singapore. This is the letter that I got :

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. Please follow the steps below

3. each of your dependent children (if applicable)
Please follow the instructions sent to you in a separate e-mail message. When you go for
your appointment with the Panel Physician, you must bring proof of your identity
(government-issued ID card or passport).
SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
Send all the documents from the list below to this office in one envelope:
 Original Good Conduct Certificate (or Certificate of No Criminal Record) from the
police authorities of INDONESIA where you, your spouse/common-law partner, and
each of your dependent children who is 18 years of age and older, have resided for a
period of six months or more since turning 18.
There may be more than one type of police certificate available in each country. To find

You must comply with the above requirements within thirty days (30) from the date of this letter. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in the refusal of your application.
This is a computer-generated letter which requires no signature

So I have a question regarding that letter : Do I have to submit all of the documents (police certificate and medical exam result) and pack it into one envelope and send it by mail to the Singapore Visa Office?

Thank you so much for all of your help and support!

Congrats!

When you do your medical exam the panel physician should send the result to CIVIL directly. I would include a copy of the proof of having the medical exam done that the clinic should email you. Fill out a new IMM5669E and get a new police check from your province. Send digital copies via CSE and mail the original police report, a printed copy of IMM5669E, and a printed copy of the medical exam proof to SVO.

Where in Indonesia are you? Just curious lol.

congrats Piopeot , good news on the way ;D

But not sure on a passport. Do they keep the passport after the interview? As we need the passport for our holidays. Can we request CIC to submit the passport after we return from the holidays. How long it will take to get a stamp after we submit the passport does anyone came across this sort of situation before.

Thanks in advance for taking time to for this question.

it varies usually couple of weeks to months.

Today I have landed at Toronto Pearson Int Airport. The entire process took about 30 minutes. The officers were very welcoming.
